Look Inside

Overview

I led the Prestige Properties Cyprus website rebuild at Saizen, turning the existing presence into a cleaner and more operational real-estate platform. The work covered frontend design, backend property infrastructure, listing structures, enquiry journeys, migration, responsiveness, metadata, and launch preparation, because a property website stops being “just design” very quickly.

What It Delivers

  • A premium, responsive property website structured around buyer discovery and enquiry.
  • Dedicated infrastructure for residential properties, resales, new builds, search, filters, and property-detail pages.
  • Clearer homepage, founder, service, partner, process, policy, review, contact, and call-to-action journeys.
  • Integrated enquiry forms connected to the CRM and internal routing process.
  • A backend designed to support large property inventories, portal feeds, future automations, and content expansion.

What I Did

  • Led the technical rebuild across frontend, backend, listing architecture, forms, and launch preparation.
  • Personally built and configured a major share of the site using WordPress, Elementor, custom styling, and property-management infrastructure.
  • Directed key website sections including homepage content, property templates, contact areas, calls to action, footers, and enquiry flows.
  • Managed backend structures for property categories, search, listings, metadata, and content organization.
  • Oversaw fixes across responsiveness, consistency, form routing, migration, domain cutover, and launch readiness.
  • Helped guide the project from staging through DNS and live deployment considerations.

Outcomes

  • A full digital property platform rather than a collection of disconnected pages.
  • 16 major website amendment areas completed across successive feedback rounds.
  • A cleaner buyer journey from discovery to enquiry.
  • A more manageable backend for properties, content, forms, and future portal connections.
  • A platform prepared to support CRM workflows, Property Hive, Rightmove distribution, analytics, and future automation.

Proven Impact

  • Rebuilt and restructured the client's public digital property environment.
  • Improved trust, presentation, navigation, enquiry clarity, and mobile usability.
  • Connected the visible website to backend operations instead of treating design as an isolated layer.
  • Supported successful transition from development staging toward live operation.

Why It Matters

  • A real-estate website is the first sales environment many buyers experience.
  • The rebuild protects brand trust while making property discovery and enquiry more structured.
  • The backend architecture allows the platform to scale without rebuilding the entire system.
The result was more than a visual refresh. Design, listings, forms, CRM logic, property data, and distribution became one connected commercial platform instead of separate pieces that happened to share a domain.
