Overview

For Prestige Properties Cyprus, I led and personally executed the property-data and portal-readiness workstream. The job was to turn a fragmented property inventory into a structured, searchable, manageable dataset that could support the new website, Property Hive, Rightmove testing, and later external portal distribution without the data becoming the weak link.

What It Delivers

• A clean and standardized property database for the new real-estate platform.
• Structured listing records across titles, long and short descriptions, pricing, locations, categories, images, property attributes, and enquiry context.
• A Property Hive management layer capable of supporting website search, enquiry flows, portal exports, and future feed expansion.
• Portal-readiness checks for Rightmove, including field mapping, feed requirements, authentication dependencies, live-domain constraints, and DNS considerations.
• A reliable data foundation connecting the public property experience with CRM workflows and external distribution.

What I Did

• Led the property-data and portal-readiness workstream from planning through launch preparation.
• Personally handled a major share of the migration, reconciliation, cleanup, standardization, and backend configuration.
• Compared legacy sources with the rebuilt platform to identify missing records, duplicates, formatting inconsistencies, and incomplete fields.
• Structured and validated records across the fields required for buyer search, property pages, enquiry handling, and portal transmission.
• Configured and worked through Property Hive as the core property-management and export layer.
• Coordinated technical checks around Rightmove feed readiness, XML expectations, field mappings, certificates, live-domain requirements, and DNS dependencies.

Outcomes

• 457 property records cleaned and standardized in the broader Prestige delivery record.
• A more consistent backend property inventory with fewer gaps and mismatches.
• Reduced exposure to portal-feed failures caused by missing fields, incorrect mappings, duplicated records, or inconsistent listing formats.
• A scalable foundation for website search, CRM routing, Rightmove distribution, and future external portals.
