Overview

I helped build the Engine Warehouse as the operating layer around Saizen’s growing automation stack. Instead of letting every workflow become its own little universe, we standardized how data entered, how models reasoned, how outputs were structured, and how results moved into email, CRM, content, research, video, sales, and the systems that depended on them.

What It Delivers

  • Automated social content research, writing, visual generation, and publishing.
  • Person, company, competitor, and market research in minutes.
  • Smart email drafting, tagging, follow-ups, and call-summary workflows.
  • Lead discovery, enrichment, verification, deduplication, and CRM-ready delivery.
  • Profile, candidate, employee, and opportunity analysis at scale.
  • Newsletter intelligence, voice handling, video ideation, and automated video production.
  • Reusable automation templates, monitoring, security controls, error handling, and output systems.

What I Did

  • Architected and built major engines across research, content, lead generation, communication, and operational workflows.
  • Created reusable n8n structures, Python logic, data transformations, integrations, report templates, and delivery layers.
  • Standardized how new engines were configured, deployed, monitored, and adapted for client use.
  • Worked across technical architecture and commercial relevance so each engine addressed a real bottleneck.
  • Documented engine outcomes, operating logic, costs, time savings, and integration requirements.

Outcomes

  • A connected portfolio of 15+ automation engines rather than scattered one-off workflows.
  • Standardized execution across data ingestion, analysis, generation, delivery, logging, and recovery.
  • Automation capacity spanning content, sales, research, email, recruitment, video, and operations.
  • A reusable architecture supporting both Saizen's internal processes and client-facing deployments.

Proven Impact

  • 5,000+ hours saved every month across the engine portfolio.
  • 1,200+ tasks completed daily.
  • 3,600+ reports produced monthly.
  • The broader portfolio was described as replacing or compressing the workload of 30+ employees.

Why It Matters

  • Crushes bottlenecks and frees skilled people from repetitive execution.
  • Reduces cost while improving speed, repeatability, and accuracy.
  • Creates a secure-by-design base for automation at scale.
  • Allows businesses to integrate intelligence into existing workflows rather than operating disconnected AI tools.
The Engine Warehouse is where separate automations became infrastructure. The question stopped being what AI could demonstrate and became whether the systems could keep producing reliable work every day after launch.
